Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp diced ginger
- ¼ cup frozen peas
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup cooked whole grain rice
- 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 chopped spring onions
Steps:
- In a large frying pan, heat up the vegetables over high heat. Be constantly stirring to avoid burning.
- Once they’re heated to your liking, add the rice, vegetables, and wet ingredients together and mix well.
- Add the green onions and mix well once more.
