There was a crash in California on Thursday, August 18th, 2022, when 2 planes collided in midair, killing 3 people in a plane crash. It was around 3pm when a single-engine Cessna 152 with one person on board. Then there was another plane with a twin-engine Cessna 340 with 2 people on board. They were attempting to land at Watsonville Municipal Airport which was 45 minutes from San Jose. While the other plane was in a traffic pattern that was near the other plane. Causing them to crash with both pilots and passengers in the Cessna 340 that were killed. Later on, they found that a dog died as well in the Cessna 340. The Cessna 340 crashed into a hangar, damaging a building and creating a post-crash fire. Causing the picture above showing the damage that occurred.
