Ingredients:
- The desired amount of eggs
- Water
Instructions:
- Add eggs to the saucepan and cover with water (1-2 inches from the top of the water)
- Bring water to boil
- Turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes (cook longer for less liquid).
- Strain, and then run under cold water.
- Run cold water and peel the eggs.
