Pumpkin Coffee Cake

  1. To make the cake combine the following ingredients in a bowl and set it aside.
  • 2 cups of flour
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • Some pumpkin pie spice (however much you want)
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup of canola oil
  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  1. Next to make a crumb topping add ½ cup of flour, ⅓ cup of brown sugar, some pumpkin spice (however much you like), and ¼ cup of butter into a bowl and mix it with your hands.
  1. Pour your cake batter into a greased pan and put the crumb topping on top. 
  1. Bake it for 35 minutes at 350° 🙂
