Before I watched this film the only time I had ever heard or seen Elvis was either in Las Vegas or because of Uncle Jesse from Full House obsessing over him. My entire perspective on the man changed after seeing the hardship he went through throughout his entire career. The film really illustrates the deep love that Elvis had for the music and of course the many fans that came along with it. The actor (Austin Butler) who played Elvis was presented perfectly and was able to mimic the many movements and the passion that was always present during Elvis’s performances. An absolutely wonderful film that illustrates the career of Elvis Presley beautifully and is a great memory of his remarkable career that ended far too soon.
