Homemade Banana Bread

Banana bread is something my mom always makes and is always something everybody loves. It may be simple but it’ll be sure to give you a warm belly!

Ingredients:

-2 to 3 ripe bananas

-⅓ cup melted butter

-1 tsp baking soda

-A pinch of salt

-5/4 cup sugar

-1 large beaten egg 

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 ½ cups of flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and butter a 4 x 8-inch loaf pan

2. Mash ripe bananas until smooth. Stir melted butter into mashed bananas.

3. Mix baking soda and salt. Stir in sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix in flour.

4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

5. Remove from pan and let cool. Enjoy!
