Cream Cheese Frosting

I recently made this with my cousin to go along with a chocolate cake recipe and it was the best combo ever (I am not exaggerating).

1 cup of Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature

1lb. Powdered sugar

Directions :

Beat cream cheese in a bowl for about three minutes until smooth. Make sure to beat the cream cheese until smooth before adding butter. 

Slowly add butter and beat for another two minutes. 

At low speed add powdered sugar until fully combined. Add vanilla extract. Once mixed, beat for two more minutes at high speed to remove any lumps.
