This Tuesday the In Motion Dance team had the opportunity to perform at a VUSD board meeting to represent the visual and performing arts program for El Diamante. The In Motion Dance team performed their Hoco dance for the VUSD board members, putting on their best smiles to represent our school. If you would like to watch this performance the board meeting was broadcasted and posted on the VUSD website.
The In Motion Dance team was the first to perform this year at a board meeting, kicking off the year! In the future, these board meetings will have multiple other performances such as band, orchestra, and choir for all of the Visalia schools. This is an amazing opportunity for all VUSD, allowing the board members to be able to see what hard work the schools are putting in toward the visual and performing arts programs.
This is one step closer to achieving the goals we have for the visual and performing arts programs for all of the Visalia schools.
