The shooting occurred shortly before 1 pm, on Wednesday at the Rudsdale High school. The campus was surrounded by four other schools such as middle schools and charter schools. In the shooting 6 adults were shot and wounded but unable to identify if it was inside or outside the school. Two of the adults were life-threatening injuries that could lead to death so they were taken to the Oaklands Highland Hospital to get care. Specifically, the third victim was actually stable, he was able to leave the hospital, and another injured adult, but one of them had to stay at the hospital even longer. The police continued to search for the gunman that caused the shooting on the high school campus. When the police were being interviewed they said that “ there may be other individuals involved” in the shooting, police chief Darren Allison said.
