Ingredients for Cheese Sauce:
- 325g pasta
- 300g 2% cottage cheese
- 150g ⅓ fat cream cheese
- 25g cheddar powder
- 75g buffalo sauce
- 30g soy sauce
- 30g honey
Chicken:
- 18oz boneless skinless chicken thighs (sliced in strips)
- 40g buffalo sauce
- 20g soy sauce
- Lightly coat with old bay seasoning, garlic powder & smoked paprika
Grill / Air Fryer Instructions:
Grill:
- Preheat Grill on high heat for 10 mins (closed)
- Cook chicken for 2 mins on each side (close lid)
Air Fryer:
- Preheat to 400, and add strips for 12 minutes (work in batches if it’s too crowded)
