Roasted pumpkin seeds have always been a big part of fall, but I guess some people haven’t tried it. People usually make these after carving pumpkins, taking the seeds from the pumpkin gunk and cleaning them. So here’s how you can make them.

Ingredients

-1 cup of whole, raw pumpkin seeds

-2 melted teaspoons of butter
-Salt

-Black pepper

-Garlic powder

-Paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
  2. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and your seasonings
  3. Spread seeds onto a baking sheet into a single layer
  4. Roast them in the oven for up to 30 minutes
  5. Remember to toss them around and mix them up every 5 minutes or so
  6. Once your seeds are a golden brown color, they’re ready to go
