Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • ½ cup of light brown sugar (packed)
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 ¼ of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • ½ cup of pretzels (chopped)
  • ½ cup of caramels (chopped)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Chop the chocolate, pretzels, and caramel, then set aside
  3. Put your butter in a bowl, then place it in the microwave until it is completely melted
  4. Add your brown sugar to the butter with a spatula
  5. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract
  6. Mix in the baking soda and salt
  7. Add flour and mix until all the ingredients are combined
  8. Mix the chopped chocolate, pretzels, and caramel into the dough
  9. Allow the dough to sit for a couple of minutes so it won’t be as sticky
  10. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  11. Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes
