To all my matcha lovers, this one’s for you.
Ingredients :
- All-purpose flour
- Matcha Powder
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Large eggs
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Vanilla extract
Instructions :
- Prepare the oven and the pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate.
- Combine egg, sugar, and vanilla. In a separate bowl use a hand mixer or whisk to beat all of them until thick and pale.
- Combine wet ingredients while mixing on low, slowly pour in the cool melted white chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Combine dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl whisk flour, matcha powder, and salt until combined.
- Sift the dry into the wet ingredients then fold with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a prepared pan and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool on the counter for at least 15 minutes before removing them from the pan onto a wire rack to cool completely then, slice when cooled.
