Premier League Standings

The Premier league gets more and more intense as we reach the middle of the season. Man United, so far, has been able to hold onto the 5th place spot with a zero goal differential, not positive and not negative which is crazy. In the last five games, Man United has won three, lost one, and have a tie. In fourth place is Tottenham Spurs with 29 points in the last five games. They have dropped three losses and two wins which makes them have more points lost than gained. Can the Spurs keep up in this competition? In third place is Newcastle winning all five of their last games! This outstanding play from an underdog is great but can the squad keep it? In 2nd place is Man City with 32 points in the last five games. They have three wins and two losses. One of the losses was the recent game. Can they turn this losing streak around? And last in 1st place staying strong is Arsenal with 37 points in the last five games. They grabbed points in every one with a draw in their last game but won the other four. Can this young team, Arsenal, hold onto the title?
