Courage is “The ability to do something that frightens one.” The mental and moral strength.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of self-confidence
  • 4 cups of Bravery
  • 2 cups of Willingness
  • 1 cup of Love
  • 2 tablespoons of Integrity
  • 3 cups of Leadership

Directions:

Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 400° degrees

Step 2

  • In a bowl self-confidence and compassion need to be mixed to produce the values and beliefs that are important to oneself and stand extremely to. Maintaining that high self-esteem and compassion is the ability to develop a purpose and passion for whatever challenge occurs, to confront it. Facing it without discouragement or doubt. For instance, sticking up for oneself, becoming confident and compassionate to feel comfortable in their skin to speak and portray themselves.

Step 3

  • In the same bowl combine bravery with willingness: they are creating a sense of urgency to face the challenges or fear that occurs. Becoming prepared to show the strength that is needed to fulfill this challenge by running toward the issue instead of away. Stepping out of the comfort zone to grow courage. An example is a firefighter that is willingly entering that fire with the satisfaction of pushing through the fear and saving a life that day is courage.

Step 4

  • Next, is making love and pouring it into the mixture. The reason for prioritizing love is the action that emerges. Creating the protection and selfish interests to show the courage to fight or understand for their loved ones. Like, confessing one’s feelings to a person is very courageous. Pouring true meanings, when in the past it never arose.

Step 5

  • In a smaller bowl blend integrity and leadership: by blending these it forms a leader that motivates and can differentiate right from wrong. Having that integrity and leadership characteristics makes a strong-minded and fairly person. That can receive feedback without questioning. Encountering integrity requires force through the fear of disparity, but that’s part of building courage. In particular, soldiers portray themselves as a leader with integrity because they are idolized in the public for protecting the U.S. Having the mentality to fight for their country is very courageous.
