How to Stay Consistent

Staying consistent with anything is usually the hardest part of getting something done. At the beginning of my weightlifting experience, I found that staying consistent was the hardest part. What really made me bring up my consistency was to imagine how happy my future self would be if I kept working on myself and always improving. This is very true because I am happy that I stayed with it and stayed consistent through my workouts. The feeling of accomplishment is amazing after all the hard work that was necessary to achieve that goal. If you push yourself to always be better and have the right mindset, you can be consistent at anything.
