Cinnamon Roll Recipe

First, you’re going to take ¾ cups of milk (preferably warm) and pour it into a bowl, then crack one egg with it. Next, mix the egg and milk together and add two ½ tablespoons with 1 ¼ teaspoons of salt. Then take ¼ cup of softened butter and 1 ¼ teaspoon of yeast, and add three cups of flour to mix into the bowl. After you mixed everything together it should look like dough, so take it out and start needing it. If the dough is too sticky add some more flour, but not too much. It should be soft and fluffy. Let the dough rest for five minutes while you prepare the rest. Pour ½ cup of brown sugar into bowl, 2 tsp of cinnamon, and mix it together. Roll out the dough, add butter, then put the sugar and cinnamon mix all over it. Roll up the dough then cut it into pieces. Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes. Let cool, and add icing. Finally, enjoy!
