Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl. Add in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until everything is combined, fold in the chocolate
  • Lastly, fold in the raspberries
  • Roll the dough into balls and place them on the lined cookie sheet
  • Bake the cookies for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
