Tragedy struck when it was reported six people including a 17-year-old mother and her six-month-old baby were killed in a shooting early Monday in central California. Deputies responded around 3:30 a.m. to reports of multiple shots fired at the residence in unincorporated Goshen, just east of Visalia. Boudreaux said that two victims were fatally shot in the street and a third person in the doorway of the residence. Three other victims were found inside the home, including a man still alive but later died at a hospital. Authorities are searching for at least two suspects who committed these heartless crimes. People suspect the victims were involved with a massive drug cartel due to the fact that the house was raided weeks earlier.

In other news, a man receives a life sentence for drug robbery and first-degree murder with special circumstances. 23-year-old Noah Fox was found guilty on April 7, 2022, for the 2017 fatal shooting of Terry Wade the 3rd, 19, during a drug robbery in Visalia. In the span of six years, finally, a Tulare County judge sentenced Fox to life in prison without parole on Jan. 13.
