Heart Concha Bread

Ingredients

-Flour

-Sugar

-Baking powder

-Salt

-Ground cinnamon

-Eggs

-Vanilla

-Butter

-Packet yeast

-Milk

Directions

-In a bowl mix 1 ½ cups flour, 3 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.

-After mixing, mix in 1 egg, ½ tbsp vanilla, 2 ½ melted butter, 1 packet yeast, and 3 oz warm milk.

-Knead and cover to let rise for an hour in a warm area. 

-In another bowl mix ¼ cup sugar, ⅓ cup flour, and 4 tbsp butter. You can also add in more cinnamon or food coloring as this will be the top of the bread.

-Lay out both doughs and cut out heart shapes. You want to place the second dough you made on top of the first dough and after let sit for 30-45 minutes.

-Bake them at 300F for 15-18 minutes.
