Going to bed at the right time seems like a no-brainer, but it is actually very important to get the necessary sleep per night. Proper sleep improves mood, reduces stress, improves health conditions for both long and short term, thinks clearly, and more. During the COVID pandemic, I got an average of 9-11 hours of sleep per day which helped me achieve my fitness goals by working out. Sleep helped me grow and I felt fresh after every rest. I always made getting enough sleep a priority because I feel much better myself and I can interact better with people after a good night’s rest.
