Yesterday Track and Field had their first track meet of the season and it was an extreme success! All the hard work and tech work we’ve been working on in practice was put into play and many were impressed by their ability to maintain their form and stamina during their races ( especially the sprinters ). Watching the throwers was crazy as a runner because of how much improvement I saw from vets from last year. And so many of the jumpers PR and even though the meet wasn’t official I know they’re all going to be flying this year. I know the future for track is destined for success!
