Choir Concert: “Sing Out, My Soul!”

On Monday, February 27th, El Diamante’s choir program will be hosting its pre-festival concert at LJ Williams Theater at 7:00 pm. The concert is named “Sing Out, My Soul!” in homage to the large amount of very powerful songs we have featured.
This concert in particular is a very special concert because it is a preview of the choir program’s CMEA Festival setlist. For those unfamiliar with CMEA, it stands for California Music Educators Association. Every year, music programs in high schools all across California participate in a music festival hosted by CMEA, in which they are able to experience music performances from other high schools in the state and ranked on their own performance. It is a very exciting time for anyone in a music program, and this concert is a great way to share that excitement for everyone else to be able to enjoy as well.
For anyone who is interested in attending, the doors open at 6:30 pm. General admission is $10 and is $7 for students and seniors. We hope to see you there!
