Hamlet is an intense tragedy for Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. It is written by William Shakespeare, the greatest playwright ever. Hamlet was published in 1599. It’s a puzzling form of revenge throughout the entire play and that evil has bad consequences. The main focal point is that King Claudius (King Hamlet´s brother) killed King Hamlet to get power over the kingdom. This leads to Prince Hamlet very suspicious and finds out what happened to his father. Resulting in Hamlet planning revenge against King Claudius (his uncle) to kill him as well as King Claudius trying to kill Prince Hamlet so his secret doesn’t come out. This book has lies, jealousy, and power-hungry creating the destruction of the kingdom to a terrible ending. I recommend reading this book however since it was written in the late 1500ś the diction and language are very hard to understand for many people. It takes a while to understand the meaning but overall it’s a great book that has an amazing storyline. I give it an 8 out of 10 and you should definitely read it!
