Many fans of “The Office ” won’t be surprised to hear the line from NBC’s sitcom that follows its longtime star. Steve Carell. During an appearance on Tuesday’s episode of “Office Ladies” podcast which is hosted by former co-stars Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, Carell stated that his most famous role as Micheal Scott’s most enduring quote was “That’s what she said”.
Carell is very frequently stopped and asked to say the line into people’s phones. Even though this line is his most enduring quote, Carell tries to not repeat it in his day-to-day life. Carell has also said that the documentary film style of “The Office ” has made it hard for Carell to not look into the camera for his other projects. “I have never had a job where I didn’t look into the camera at some point, ” he said.
