Right now I am on a kick of having Greek yogurt bowls for breakfast. It is a perfect breakfast to get your protein and nutrients in for the day, all while keeping you full for a long time. Also, with it being the beginning of Spring, there are many in-season fruits to choose from.
In my bowls, I first start off with the Chobani unflavored Greek yogurt. At first, I was scared that the Greek yogurt would be too sour to enjoy, but once you have all of your toppings in, it provides a good balance from the sweetness of the fruit. My favorite granola to top my yogurt with has been peanut butter granola. Right now, my fruits of choice have been strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and bananas. The small, but important, final touches to my bowls are honey and cinnamon. These ingredients make for a perfect breakfast or snack! I definitely recommend making a Greek yogurt bowl with all the fresh fruit upcoming in Spring!
