I’m sure many people reading this have listened to Deftones or at least heard of the group, but some may not know the history of them, or maybe some of the other band members besides Chino. To start off, Deftones was formed in 1988 in Sacramento, California. There’s Chino Moreno, the lead singer, who was born June 20, 1973. Stephen Carpenter, the guitarist, was born on August 3, 1970. Abe Cunningham, the drummer, was born on July 27, 1973. Lastly, Dominic Garcia, the bassist, of the group. There was one other bassist before Mr. Garcia, Chi Cheng, born July 15, 1970, and passed April 13, 2013. Deftones have released many albums and songs, they’ve actually released a total of 9 studio albums and 22 singles. They’re an amazing band and if you haven’t listened to one of their albums you should listen to Koi No Yokan. It’s an amazing album and everyone should give them a try.
