With finals and AP tests coming up, it’s really easy to get stressed out and overwhelmed. It’s important to value mental health. After studying, go take your dog for a walk. Or go outside and smell the flowers. You could even play some music to calm yourself down. Remember to stay calm and not stress out too much. It’s easy to feel pressure to do well on finals and the AP tests.
