In Cleveland, Texas there is currently a manhunt for a guy named Francisco Oropesa who ran after allegedly killing five Texas family members. Oropesa is a Mexican national who was deported 4 times before on March 17, 2009. He was deported after an immigration judge ordered his removal according to other sources. After this, he unlawfully returned to the U.S. after he was apprehended and deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in September 2009, January 2012, and July 2016. Orpresa had also been convicted in Montgomery County, Texas in 2012 while driving intoxicated and served time in jail. This mass shooting occurred Friday night when neighbors asked Orporesa, who was shooting his gun in his front yard if he could stop because their baby was trying to sleep. Oropesa responded that he can do whatever he wants in his front yard. After this, it led to him shooting each person who was outside in the neck or above where they all died at the scene but the 9-year-old was transported to a hospital where later he unfortunately passed.

UPDATE: As of Tuesday at 7 pm Oropesa was caught hiding in a home in a closet under laundry clothes. The home seemed to be his ex-wife’s and she was also arrested for helping him and providing essentials while he hid from officers. He was tracked down by information that was sent through the tip line that pointed the investigators to this home and was then found.
