Summer Track Program

Hey Everyone! If you’ve read my previous articles you know I’m a big fan of track and field. This year I’ve decided to pursue this sport even more. I’m now going to be training athletes over the summer while trying to stay in shape myself. These sessions will consist of a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. By the end of the summer, my athletes will be in good shape, learn the proper running technique and be ready for their winter or fall sport. The time is to be decided, but it will probably be afternoon unless it gets too hot for us to practice. We will practice for an hour to an hour and a half at the price of 25$ per session. With consistent sessions, I promise the three goals I’ve listed will be achieved. Being recruited for Fresno State and a State Finalist I’ve experienced what it takes to become a pro athlete. I hope to see many people out there no matter the reason!
