Recently I was chosen for Miner of the Year and it honestly has to be one of the most memorable things this year. It took a lot of confidence and self-motivation to put everything together like the dance, outfits, and showing up for the lunchtime activities. The memories made all of the stress worth it. Knowing that everyone supported my journey and my selection meant the world to me. The pick and cowboy hat I received will be cherished forever because once a Miner, always a Miner <3!
