This year the Christmas Parade was located on Candy Cane Lane in Downtown Visalia as usual. It was very short compared to all the other years, it ended around 8:30 p.m. There were many middle schools and high schools that had participated in the parade, the bands were playing their instruments and dancing at the same time. All the schools were very talented, and there were some business companies entered too. There were also local football, soccer, and dance teams performing. Many people participated including the LGBTQ community; they had a beautiful rainbow Christmas tree and their flags to represent the LGBTQ. Many people attended the parade. Streets far and wide were filled with children, parents, and others. The weather was very cold and many people were selling hot coca, and churros. I wore a thick sweater, a beanie, boots, and brought a blanket.
