February 2020 is special for multiple reasons. Some of these include the dreaded and beloved holiday of Valentine’s Day. The holiday is believed to have Roman origins, but it’s also a common belief that it’s a “Hallmark” holiday. The pressure is on for couples and crushes! Good luck to you all. Another important event only happens every four years; Leap year! An extra day every four years occurs in February, which results in a miraculous February 29th. I have sympathy for every human born on February 29th, because they only have a true birthday every four years. A fun fact that many people probably don’t think about, is that a leap year has 366 days instead of 365. A full solar year is actually roughly 365 ¼ days, and the combined fourths make up the extra day in a leap year to align the calendar year with the solar year. It’s still only January, but the second month of 2020 is coming soon! Be prepared Miners.
