A new virus that started less than a month ago in China, has 17 people dead from it and 650 have been infected with it. China has shut down the city that the virus was started in and has refunded the tickets for trains or planes if anyone bought one. International airports have people being screened and one man from Washington has the virus and is being quarantined in a hospital outside of Seattle.
