My Host mom, My Host siblings, and I had a chance to attend the awareness workshop which was led by Anna Isais. We learned how to be safe online and it was really useful for the parents, my mom told me that it was cool that they can track the kids’ phone from their phone. It’s sad that 12 to 14-year-old kids get trafficked just because of social media. It was a good awareness for the parents to look after them all the time and check their phones every time because they pay their phone bills and they have all the rights to take it from them. It was an educational awareness for teens and parents! Thank you Miners PTSA for organizing and the speech. It really motivated me. I hope it has motivated many other Miners too. I personally learned a lot from the workshop. It also had a positive impact on many student’s lives. Thank you Anna Isais for a great speech.
