Suicide Prevention

This is a hard topic to tackle but it needs to be talked about. Suicide rates have increased by 30% or more since 2000. Which isn’t a good thing.

If you are thinking about suicide, please talk to someone. It might be scary, but people will listen. I promise you.

Please remember:

You are loved.

People do love you.

People will miss you. Even if you don’t think so.

Life is worth living. I promise you that.

I believe in you!

I’m proud of you and how far you’ve come.

Never give up.

You matter!

Please don’t go through with it.

Here are some suicide hotlines for those who need it:

  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (open 24 hours):
  • 1-800-273-8255
  • The Trevor Project (LGBTQ+ hotline)
  • 1-866-488-7386
  • If you don’t want to talk on the phone, Text START to 678678
