On Thursday, Elizabeth said her self-defense program had been made after an unknown man had molested her while on a flight to Utah last year. With her stating to CBS’ Gayle King, “I had been asleep and, all of a sudden, I woke up because I felt someone’s hand rubbing in between my legs, on my inner thigh”. After this experience, she decided to launch “Smart Defense”, a program that teaches women skills on how to protect themselves. Also saying, that the man didn’t even tell her sorry or anything at all. Delta Airlines had confirmed on Thursday that Smart did reach out to them and won’t tolerate that kind of behavior.
