Vegetables are really good for you because they contain fiber which provides a feeling of

fullness with fewer calories. Veggies fight to protect your health from heart disease, high blood

pressure, and certain cancers. Without vegetables, you are more likely to have digestive disorders such as constipation, hemorrhoids, etc. Veggies also contain potassium and vitamins such as A, E and C. Broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, and garlic provides major benefits making them the superfoods, as people say. Also, vegetables are a dieter’s best friend; very low calories almost just about 26 calories per vegetable. Vegetables are very beneficial and everyone should eat them.
