The Beach

Going to the beach is so relaxing, there’s just something soothing about the sound of the ocean waves, the smell of the salt water, and the feeling of walking on warm sand. Recent studies prove that a beach-type environment can have a profound impact on our brains and mental health. The heat of the sun, the sound of the waves, and your feet in the sand can help to fight off any feelings of anxiety and stress. Whenever I go to the beach I love to walk along the water hearing the waves crash with the nice breezy weather and it feels so relaxing. I Highly recommend stargazing at the beach with someone. You guys can have really good conversations, maybe even talk about the stars while hearing the waves crash.
