Halloween will look slightly different in the year 2020 due to the world wide COVID-19 pandemic. Going trick-or-treating and attending Halloween parties are typical Halloween activities that are unfortunately high risk for spreading the virus and people should steer clear of them. There are still other activities people can partake in to get into the spooky spirit. Carving and decorating pumpkins inside with those who live with you is a perfect example of a fun activity to do on Halloween. Having a Halloween movie night is another great activity to do with your family that’s safe. If you do choose to participate in high risk activities make sure to wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, social distance and stay outside.
