New cases are rising, and hospitalization rates increased in Tulare County in the last week. All hope is still up as many want the economy to reopen by the end of this year. Timothy Lutz, director of Tulare County’s Health and Human Services Agency says “Most alarming is the sharp week over week increase in hospitalization, including the youth”. The county’s Covid infection rate jumped from 4.6% to 5.1%, as it went up to 39 patients one week. Lutz states “To isolate the people and not get anymore infected”. As gathering and parties are happening, more infection rates are spiking up. More information will be provided when next week’s report comes in. https://www.visaliatimesdelta.com/story/news/2020/11/03/covid-19-tulare-county-infection-spikes-alarming/6140849002/
