Students from around Visalia, Redwood students, are helping others with their studies through distance learning. One student named Keria Bixler says she’s seen it first hand how students are struggling with distance learning and she felt she had to do something to help. With the help from other students they started Brainiac Mentoring. It’s a free mentoring program and over the past few months over 20 high school students have joined as tutors, helping the younger students that are having a hard time learning during the pandemic.
