Congress is facing threats from conspiracy theorists that believe that President Joe Biden wasn’t fairly elected. Two months after the attack on the Capitol, Congress is still receiving threats although Joe Biden has been the active President since January. Congress has been forced to put all business on hold due to the domestic attack on the Capitol back in January.
The Capitol was stormed on January 6th by rioters that support former President Donald J. Trump. The National Guard has been called to stand guard at the Capitol building for several months because of the storming and the continuous threats that members are receiving.
