On the night of Wednesday, police were called to a three-way collision that left a motorcyclist dead and another pedestrian injured. Around 8 p.m officers had responded to a collision near Demaree Street and Pryor Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they had discovered that the motorcycle was turned northbound onto Demaree from Pryor. The rider had lost control over the bike and rode into the path of a southbound vehicle on Demaree. The biker was thrown onto the road. Another pedestrian tried to help, when they were suddenly hit by a vehicle. The motorcyclist was rushed to Kaweah Delta Medical Center where he later died. The pedestrian was also treated and is making a recovery. More will be announced later.
