Background: Although pizza may be one of my favorite foods; my family had to find a gluten-free option due to my mother being Celiac. The problem with gluten-free options is that sometimes they lack structure, crumble, or are rock hard. But with this recipe, you can barely tell the difference and it tastes delicious.

1 large egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
Toppings of your choice

- Mix sugar, yeast, and water. Let sit for 5 minutes
- Mix flour and salt until completely combined, then add egg, vinegar, yeast mixture, and olive oil

- Using a spatula, transfer bread dough on a piece of parchment paper
- Form the dough into a 10-12 inch circle
