A man was killed during a police officer- involved shooting in Lents Park. A man was reported pointing a gun in the 4700 block of Southeast 97 Avenue. Officers arrived and weapons went off. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and there is an investigation. The chief of the investigation says there’s a lot of work to be done and the investigation is being hampered by an aggressive crowd.
