A California woman says that she drowned her three kids to protect them. She was currently in a custody battle and claims to have wanted to protect them from their abusive father. She said in an interview that she loved her kids and she tried to do it as painlessly as possible. However, the investigation remains. Since then the woman has claimed innocent to all charges against her.
