A sweet 13 year old girl named Tristyn Bailey went missing around 1 AM on May 9, 2021. A search for her went wild. She was in cheerleading and she focused so much on the positive side. All of her friends were heartbroken and praying that she would come home. Sadly, she didn’t come home to her mother for mothers day. The police ran investigations all over the city and eventually after hours of searching, they found her body and she was announced dead. A few hours after they found her body, a young 14 year old boy named Aiden Flucci was arrested for the murder of Tristyn Bailey. He was sentenced with second degree murder. Since he is so young, the court is still deciding on how they will punish him and how long he will be in prison. Hundreds of students at her school put together a little memorial and placed flowers around in honor of Tristyn. It is very difficult for her parents. They haven’t been the same since they lost their beautiful daughter. What makes it even more traumatizing is that there wasn’t only one person who murdered her. His name is Jayson and he is 14 and admitted to sexual assault and murdering Tristyn with Aiden. Police have done nothing about it and actually blocked his account on social media. He even talked about how she felt after she died and how it was so fun. Along with this, a mini gang wants justice for aiden and started a hashtag called #FreeAiden. They have been commenting on Tristyn’s accounts and tagging her in all of the #FreeAiden posts. They have posted comments about how it’s her fault and how if she didn’t dress in certain clothes it would have never happened to her. They told her she shouldn’t have tried to push Aiden and Jayson off and she would’ve still been alive and that it was her fault for walking around at 1 in the morning. All of these comments are heartbreaking and terrifying. On May 10, Three 13 and 14 year old kids went a few nights ago to free Aiden and ended up crashing into an SUV which then crashed into another car on the freeway. Their parents are actually proud of them and told them they will help get Aiden out. The police are aware of Jayson’s doings as well and refuse to take action on it. This poor little girl got murdered and sexually assaulted and is getting told it was her fault. There should be justice for Tristyn. #JusticeForTristyn!
