Here in Visalia, a woman was stabbed and killed by her brother-in-law in their home on Wednesday. The officers were called around 10:45 a.m. just west of The Lakes. It is believed that the woman called 911 while being attacked in the home. When police rushed in the home, they found the woman whom they rushed to the Kaweah hospital where she later died, and the brother-in-law in the home where they arrested him. The brother-in-law had wounds from the woman fighting back during the attack, so he was taken to the hospital until he gets medically cleared. Once he is medically cleared, he will be brought to the Tulare County Pretrial.
