Pumpkin Pie is one of the world’s favorite desserts in the Fall. Since Fall is around the corner, pumpkins will start selling out at your local grocery store. Try this recipe and serve it with some whipped cream.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large eggs large eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 
  2. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt together in medium bowl until smooth. 
  3. Pour into the crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean.
  6. Cool. Garnish as desired (whipped cream is the best).
  7. ENJOY!!
